- Track and evaluate claims, premium and headcount variations (recommendations regarding plan design or funding alternative are often based on this data).
- Survey/monitor claims administration such as turnaround time, claim accuracy, Co-ordination of Benefits (COB)/Subrogation savings, Reasonable & Customary (R & C) database and frequency of updates.
- Monitor Wellness/loss prevention, engage an employee “Wellness Team”.
