Appleby & Wyman’s Surety Group is a full-service bonding department with extensive experience in securing both Contract and Commercial Surety bonds for tradesmen, contractors, real estate developers, professionals, businesses as well as individuals.  Our Surety Bonding team has a proven track record within the industry of being professional, responsive and known for accomplishing the impossible.  We are licensed in almost every state and represent as many as 10 different Surety companies that are admitted, rated and treasury listed by the Federal Government.  Our bonding expertise allows us the ability to underwrite and issue (within established guidelines) various types of bonds.  We have “in-house” authority to handle standard license and permit bonding needs for local state and municipalities.  Having this “in-house” capability allows our team to address license and permit needs quickly, providing unmatched customer service to our clients.
